Principle of Vacuum Low-Temperature High-Risk Wastewater Evaporator:
Through the conversion of internal vacuum systems, distillation kettles, exchange systems, and the equipment's own thermal energy system, the high-risk wastewater feedstock is subjected to heat exchange, causing it to vaporize at 25~35℃. The vapor is then recycled for reuse. The remaining feedstock is discharged from the outlet after reaching the set concentration. The entire system utilizes a human-machine interface, computer control, is fully automated, operates simply, and runs stably.
