Flagpole Instructions:

1. Insert the handle into the manual device and swing it until the flag reaches the top of the pole (do not use excessive force to keep it rising); then remove the handle. 2. If not in use for a long time, please take down the flag and lift the counterweight rod of the flag pole to the top. 3. When not displaying the flag, raise the pole (counterweight rod) to the top (do not remove the pole) to prevent the wire rope from failing to descend. 4. After the flag is lowered, pull the pole down and remove the flag, rather than lifting the pole manually before taking down the flag.

5. Please avoid flying the flag during rainy, snowy, or frosty weather to prevent the flag from freezing and becoming tangled around the flagpole, which could result in an inability to lower it.

6. Please do not hoist flags during typhoon weather to avoid damage to the steel wire ropes or internal entanglement, which could lead to a failure to descend.
