Key Features
This mechanical three-roll symmetrical bending machine features a three-roll symmetrical structure. The upper roll moves vertically up and down symmetrically in the central position between the two lower rolls, powered by bevel gears. The two lower rolls rotate through engagement with the final gear of the main reducer, providing the necessary torque for rolling. Flat, plastic metal sheets pass between the three working rolls (two lower rolls and one upper roll), utilizing the downward pressure of the upper roll and the rotational movement of the lower rolls to undergo multiple continuous bends, resulting in a durable plastic deformation. This process rolls the sheets into the required cylindrical, conical shapes, or parts thereof. The drawback of this mechanical three-roll bending machine is that the sheet ends require pre-bending with other equipment.
