The slotting machine is an upgraded version of the traditional slotting machine.
Utilizing a frame structure with high-tensile bolts, the overall rigidity is excellent with minimal deformation.
This series of beams is fixed, with workpieces fed from the rear feeding mechanism. The work surface is made of carbon tool steel, achieving a hardness of 55-60HRC after high-frequency surface quenching (common surfaces <30HRC). This makes the work surface significantly harder than stainless steel, resolving the issue of grooves on the work surface in traditional models. It ensures the flatness of the work surface is ≤±0.03mm, completely solving the problem of reduced V-groove precision due to surface deformation, and extending the equipment's lifespan.
The workbench is equipped with material supports both in front and at the back to prevent the board material from being scratched during processing.
