The laying mechanical and electrical heating tube is more widely used in various household appliances and industrial electric heating equipment than resistance wire. Its structure involves placing a spirally wound wire inside a metal tube, then tightly filling the gap between the spiral wire and the tube with magnesia powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation properties. This is followed by a shrink tube process and the tube end is sealed with insulation glue. This metallic electric heating element can heat air, metal molds, and various liquids (water, oil, corrosive acidic or alkaline liquids). The electric heating tube is characterized by its simple structure, high mechanical strength, ability to be bent into various shapes, long service life, energy efficiency, easy installation, non-pollution, and high thermal efficiency.
