Far-infrared heating tubes are made with specially processed milky quartz glass tubes and resistive materials as the heating element. The milky quartz glass can absorb almost all visible light and near-infrared light from the electric heating wire radiation and convert it into far-infrared radiation. However, industrial infrared heating tubes have largely replaced the milky quartz tubes due to their fragile nature, which prevents the formation of long milky quartz heating tubes. Additionally, the milky appearance has a light-blocking effect, hindering heat transfer. Since the tube walls have high temperatures, they are only suitable for near-infrared heating.
Technical Features:
No infrared coating required; excellent spectral radiation matching and absorption properties, maintaining stable radiation performance over long-term use, and high electrical to thermal conversion efficiency. Approximately 30% more energy-efficient than standard heating elements.
2. High operating temperature with a wide selection range. Among them, the ceramic-hat encapsulated type can withstand temperatures up to 800°C.
3. Fast heating, low thermal inertia, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant, excellent thermal-chemical stability, long service life, and high insulation strength.
4. Non-polluting; a clean-type heater that meets the demands of modern high-speed, high-quality production. Suitable for household appliances with strict hygiene requirements.
5. Easy design, manufacturing, and installation; economically safe.
