Far-infrared heating tubes utilize milky quartz glass tubes processed with special technology, paired with resistive materials as the heating element. The milky quartz glass absorbs nearly all visible light and near-infrared light from the electric heating wire radiation and converts it into far-infrared radiation. However, industrial infrared heating tubes have largely replaced the milky quartz tubes due to their brittleness, which prevents the formation of long milky quartz heating tubes. Additionally, the milky color has a light-blocking effect, which hinders its heat transfer. Because of the high wall temperature, they are only suitable for near-infrared heating.
Technical Features:
No infrared coating required; excellent spectral radiation matching and absorption characteristics, maintaining stable radiation performance over long-term use, and high electrical to thermal conversion efficiency. Saves about 30% more energy than general heating elements.
2. High operating temperature, wide selection range. Among them, the ceramic cap packaged type can withstand temperatures up to 800°C.
Quick heating, low thermal inertia, high resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, good thermal-chemical stability, long service life, and high insulation strength.
4. Non-polluting, this is a clean-type heater that meets the requirements of modern high-speed, high-quality production, and is suitable for household appliances with high hygiene standards.
5. Easy design, manufacturing, and installation; cost-effective and secure.
