Far-infrared heating tubes are made with specially processed milky quartz glass tubes and resistive materials as the heating element. The milky quartz glass absorbs almost all visible light and near-infrared light from the electric heating wire radiation and converts it into far-infrared radiation. However, industrial infrared heating tubes have basically phased out the milky quartz tubes due to their brittle nature, which prevents the formation of long milky quartz heating tubes. Additionally, the milky color has a light-blocking effect, which hinders its heat transfer. Because of the high wall temperature, they are only suitable for near-infrared heating.
Technical Features:
No infrared coating required; excellent spectral radiation absorption characteristics, with long-term use showing no degradation in radiation performance. High electrical to thermal conversion efficiency; approximately 30% more energy-efficient than standard heating elements.
2. High operating temperature with a wide selection range. Among them, the ceramic-hat packaged type can withstand temperatures up to 800°C.
3. Quick heating, low thermal inertia, high-temperature and corrosion resistance, excellent thermal-chemical stability, long service life, and high insulation strength.
4. Non-polluting, a clean-type heater that meets the demands of modern high-paced and high-quality production, suitable for home appliances with stringent hygiene requirements.
5. Design, manufacturing, and installation are all extremely convenient and economically safe.
