Corrosion-resistant electric heating tubes are U-shaped stainless steel electric heating tubes, designed according to specifications for heating different mediums and assembled on stainless steel flange covers based on power configuration requirements. Easy to use and long-lasting!
Corrosion-resistant electric heating tubes are made by welding multiple heating tubes together on a flange for centralized heating. They are primarily used for heating in open and closed solution tanks and circulating systems. Advantages: High surface power, up to 2 to 4 times that of general electric heating surfaces, highly compact and dense structure. Due to their short and dense design, they offer good stability and do not require supports for installation. The assembled flange heating tubes are usually welded using TIG welding to connect the heating tubes to the flange, and can also utilize fastening devices, where each heating tube is welded with fasteners. These are then secured to the flange cover with nuts. The tubes are welded to the fasteners using TIG welding, ensuring no leaks. The sealing area of the fasteners uses scientific techniques. It is extremely convenient to replace individual tubes, significantly reducing future maintenance costs. Options for both imported and domestic materials are available. Scientific production processes and strict quality management ensure the superior electrical performance of the heating tubes.
