Generally, flat flange heating pipes are used for high-power heating, ranging from a few to several hundred kilowatts. They have a surface power that is 2 to 4 times greater than the surface load of air heating.

Process: The majority of法兰heating tubes are made by using argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tube to the flange for centralized heating. Alternatively, a fastening device can be used, where each heating tube is焊接with fasteners. These are then securely fastened to the flange cover with nuts. The tubes are焊接to the fasteners using argon arc welding, ensuring no leakage. The sealing points of the fasteners are sealed using scientific techniques.
