They have a surface power that is 2 to 4 times greater than the air heating surface load.

Process: The majority of法兰heating tubes are manufactured using argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tube to the flange for centralized heating. Alternatively, a fastening device can be used, where each electric heating tube is welded with a fastener. It is then secured to the flange cover with a nut. The tubes are welded to the fasteners using argon arc welding, ensuring no leaks. The sealing of the fasteners is done with scientific methods.
