Flat flanges are available in sizes from DN10 to DN1200, and can be designed with different power ratings according to customer requirements. High-power flange heating tubes typically use flat flanges, with power ratings ranging from a few thousand to several hundred thousand watts. They have a surface power that is 2 to 4 times greater than the air heating surface load.

Process: The majority of法兰heating tubes are manufactured using tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding to connect the electric heating tube to the flange for centralized heating. Alternatively, a fastening device can be used, where each electric heating tube is welded with a fastener. It is then securely fastened to the flange cover with a nut. The tubes are TIG-welded to the fasteners, ensuring no leakage. A scientific process is employed for the sealing of the fasteners.

Features: Mainly used for heating in open and closed solution tanks and circulating systems, it boasts a high surface power, which results in a surface load for air heating up to 2-4 times greater.
