A single-ended heating tube, also known as a single-ended electric heating tube or a bullet-shaped electric heating tube, is a type of electric heating tube (tubular electric heating element). In the Chinese electric heating industry, it has a long-standing model name: M3. In the late 1990s, with the widespread application of electric heating tubes in China, various shapes of electric heating tubes emerged. In southern China, this type of electric heating tube used in molds with a single-end wire outlet is called a single-ended heating tube or a single-ended electric heating tube, which is quite descriptive.
Application: Single-end output heating tubes are suitable for use in heating media where double-ended wiring is not possible, such as high and low temperature insertion-type heating for various sizes of molds and machinery equipment. This includes die molds, other molds, plastic sealing machines, bottle cap sealing machines, continuous automatic sealing machines, cigarette-making machines, and more. Mainly includes:
Used for drying wood, paper, dyeing, paint residue, etc.
2. Melting and heating of nitrate of potash and other salts.
3. Melt low-melting-point alloys, such as lead melting furnaces, tin melting furnaces, etc.
4. Building Heating Solutions
Infrared radiation heating equipment.
7. Low-temperature electric furnaces, such as industrial electric furnaces with air circulation and electric furnace cabinets.
8. Heating equipment for oils, waters, other chemical liquids, and electroplating bath solutions.
9. Marine and Sea Water Distillation Unit.
10. Heating equipment for alkalis and acids.
11. Used in the food industry for baking various bread, biscuits, and pastries; serves as an electric heating device in the continuous flow tunnel.
In plastic product processing, molding, extrusion equipment, and rubber product molding and vulcanization equipment.
13. Sterilization and disinfection equipment, such as sterilizers and disinfectors.
14. Motor vacuum varnishing equipment, including heating systems and varnished copper wire drying units.
15. Various household electric heating appliances commonly used in daily life, such as electric stoves, electric ovens, rice cookers, electric woks, electric frying pans, water heaters, and electric irons, among others.
