Full steel edgeless static dissipative raised flooring is made of cold-rolled alloy steel sheets (Baosteel material), shaped after stretching and spot welding. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying after phosphatizing, filled with standard pure cement in the cavity, and the upper surface is coated with high-wear, fire-resistant, high-pressure boards.(HPL) or PVC sheets (uncoated as bare boards), with straight or beveled edges. The full steel static dissipative floor is cast with cement in a die-cast metal shell, featuring high conductivity of the metal shell and excellent static dissipative properties. Additionally, the scientific mechanical structure of the full steel floor allows for a 30% higher load-bearing capacity compared to other floors of the same specification. Thicker steel plate, load-bearing. Surface coated with HPL or PVC facing, available in various colors and textures, with no black conductive strips around the edges, a honeycomb structure at the bottom, high installation requirements, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
