Characteristics of Organic Waste Gas Regenerative Incinerator:
(1) Utilizing a regenerative heat exchanger, the stored heat ceramic directly exchanges heat with the flue gas after incineration, resulting in a large radiant temperature pressure in the furnace and rapid heating speed. The low-temperature heat exchange performance is remarkable, with high efficiency, significantly recovering the sensible heat in the combustion products to a great extent. The low exhaust gas temperature offers significant energy-saving effects, reducing fuel consumption and consequently, cutting down greenhouse gas emissions.
(2) The temperature in the heat storage room is evenly graded and increased, enhancing heat transfer within the furnace and improving heat exchange efficiency. Consequently, for a furnace with the same treatment capacity, the furnace chamber volume can be reduced, significantly lowering the cost of the equipment.
(3) Since the flame is not produced within the burner but begins to gradually burn in the high-temperature heat storage body inside the furnace, there is no high-temperature front, resulting in low combustion noise.
(4) Expanded the high-temperature flame combustion area, with the flame boundary nearly reaching the furnace chamber's edge, ensuring uniform temperature inside the furnace. This not only enhances purification efficiency but also prolongs the furnace's lifespan.
(5) Unique thermodynamic conditions different from traditional combustion processes, utilizing staged combustion technology to delay the release of thermal energy; even temperature rise inside the furnace, low combustion loss, and effective heating results. There are no localized high-temperature, high-oxygen areas typically found in traditional combustion, effectively inhibiting the formation of nitrogen oxides (NOX), and providing excellent environmental protection benefits.
(6) The overall temperature inside the combustion chamber increases and becomes more evenly distributed; the furnace temperature can reach up to 850~1100°C, with high airflow velocity and rapid combustion, allowing the flue gas to remain in the high-temperature environment for a longer period, resulting in complete oxidation and decomposition of organic matter. (7) The waste gas inlet is equipped with inert alumina ceramic spheres, which provide protection, buffering, and filtration for the regenerative ceramic, thereby extending its service life. The ceramic spheres selected by our company are characterized by high resistance to high temperature and pressure, low water absorption rate, stable chemical properties, high compressive strength, and resistance to toxicity.

The low-temperature flue gas is used to heat the exhaust gas, maximizing the utilization of the remaining heat in the exhaust gas treatment.
