The large-capacity two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three major parts: the drum, the swing frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four roller wheels, and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank rocker mechanisms, which are mounted on the machine frame. The swing frame is supported on the machine frame by a bearing assembly. As the mixed materials rotate, flip, and mix within the drum, they also undergo a back-and-forth blending motion due to the drum's swinging. Under the combined action of these two motions, the materials are thoroughly mixed in a short period. The discharge of the mixing drum is equipped with spiral blades, enabling the blender to mix quickly, handle large volumes, and facilitate easy output.
