1. The XD single-stage scroll vacuum pumps are all single-stage oil-sealed scroll vacuum pumps, which are the basic equipment for achieving vacuum.

2. The suction port of the XD single-stage scroll vacuum pump is equipped with a coarse filter with a metal wire mesh to prevent solid foreign dust particles from being吸入 into the pump chamber. An exhaust transition piece with high-efficiency gas-oil separation effect is installed inside the separator. When the pump is shut down, an intake valve integrated into the suction port isolates the pump from the evacuated system, preventing the vacuum pump oil from flowing back into the system. The pump is air-cooled. All XD-type scroll vacuum pumps are driven by a direct-connected motor via an elastic coupling.

Application Range

1. The XD single-stage scroll vacuum pump is suitable for vacuum extraction in closed systems, such as vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, and vacuum attraction.

2. Inlet Pressure Range: 100 Pa ~ 100,000 Pa; oil mist may be produced at the exhaust port of the vacuum pump if operating outside this range. The operating environment temperature and intake gas temperature of the XD type scroll vacuum pump should be between 5℃ and 40℃.

3. The XD single-stage scroll vacuum pump cannot remove water or other liquids. It is not suitable for removing explosive, flammable, highly oxygenated, or corrosive gases.

4. Standard motor supplies are not explosion-proof. If explosion-proof or other special requirements are needed, the motor must comply with the relevant standards.
