The JZ Roots pump is a rotary vane vacuum pump that requires a preliminary pump for operation. It offers high suction speed over a wide pressure range and is insensitive to dust and water vapor in the pumped gas. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, food, and electronic coating.

Due to the use of dry vacuum pumps for both the main and preliminary pumps, the JZ Roots blowers feature the following primary characteristics:

(1) Oil-free pump cavity, non-polluting to the suction system, achieving clean vacuum.

(2) The pump chamber is oil-free, making it extremely easy to recover solvents.

(3) The rotor pump chamber is fully nickel-plated, while the dry screw vacuum pump chamber is treated with nickel plating or Teflon coating, capable of evacuating steam, solvent gases, and various corrosive media.

(4) No waste oil or wastewater is emitted during the work process, ensuring no environmental pollution.

(5) Lower requirements for cooling water; ordinary recirculating water can meet the needs for pump cooling, and the volume of cooling water is relatively small.
