Closed-loop system units refer to pumps used for circulating fluids in a device for reactions, absorption, separation, and regeneration of absorbent liquid. Typically, a single-stage centrifugal pump is employed. The flow rate of the circulation pump is moderate, and under stable operating conditions, the pump flow variation is relatively small. Its head is low, only used to overcome pressure drop in the circulation system. A low-head pump can be used. The term "circulation pump" refers to the function of the pump, while "centrifugal pump" refers to the structure of the pump; they are entirely different concepts. A circulation pump is a pump that circulates water, for example, the hot water in heating pipes in a water heating system is circulated by a circulation pump.
Advantages
1 Leakproof - Magnetic drive with no dynamic seals, fundamentally eliminating the issue of leakage.
Low noise - Precision of critical parts reaches 0.002mm, ensuring silent performance.
3 Long lifespan - Utilizes mirror finish ceramic and ceramic nano-bearings for wear resistance, ensuring a long service life.
4 Low Power Consumption - Due to optimal matching, the motor's power is minimal, with an electricity cost of about one cent per hour.
Small in volume and light in weight: Length × Width × Height = 120 × 76 × 105; less than 1 kg in weight.
6 Low water quality requirements; presence of minor debris in recirculating water does not affect the operation of the circulation pump.
7 Features overload protection; the pump won't damage the motor if it gets tangled by debris.
