
The IH (IS) type chemical pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump. Its marked rated performance points and dimensions are equivalent to international standards, and it is a replacement product determined by the Ministry of Mechanical Industry to replace the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as chemicals, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, and synthetic fibers for conveying corrosive or uncontaminated media.
The IHF type fluoroplastic reinforced alloy chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump, designed according to the international standard ISO 2858. The material used in the flowing section of the medium is FEP, PVDF, etc., which possesses high-temperature and strong corrosion resistance. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, power, electroplating, dyeing, papermaking, food, and chemical fibers, for long-term transportation of various corrosive media including acids, liquid alkalis, strong oxidizers, at temperatures ranging from -80℃ to 200℃, with any concentration.
The HJ series corrosion-resistant alkaline pump is a single-stage, single-suction, suspended centrifugal pump. Its markings, rated performance points, and dimensions all comply with the GB5662-1985 standard, equivalent to ISO2858-1975. It belongs to the same type as the IH type promoted by the state. Applications include alkali production, steel industry, acid production, petrochemicals, synthetic fibers, basic industries, papermaking industry, fertilizer industry, and environmental protection.
The performance range (design point) of this series of pumps: Flow rate 6.3-400 m³/h. Head 5-200M. The temperature of the medium to be conveyed is generally -20℃-105℃. Depending on the corrosiveness of the medium to the pump, users can choose the corresponding corrosion-resistant material.
Components in contact with the medium commonly use the following materials: cast iron, cast steel, 2Cr13, 0Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 40Cr, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti (Titanium), Molybdenum. 00Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti, Hastelloy B, 0Cr25Ni20, F5 series alloys, 20 alloy steel, 0Cr25Ni, F46, FEP/PVDF/UHMWPE, etc.
