The HC series cable pulleys are categorized into medium load, heavy load, and light load types, thus featuring three sizes of pulley wheels: Ф80, Ф63, and Ф50. The load capacity ranges from 50 to 150 kg. Each type is further divided into single, double, and triple-layer trays, with three different configurations per type: the leading end for cable tugs, the terminal for fixed wire hangers, and the middle for cable pulleys.

Light Load Cable Conveying Wheel Instructions

1. After the fixed hanging bracket is installed, a挡板 should be hung at the back.

2. Adjust the tow head to ensure the cart does not touch the upper and lower edges of the tow hole throughout its travel.

3. Cable length is 1.2 times the crane span plus 8 meters.

4. Adjust the traction wire rope to a length shorter than that of the cable section, with the wire rope bearing the tension during operation.

5. When the cable diameters are unequal, soft rubber should be used between the cable clamps to make their outer diameters approximately the same, for easy and secure cable clamping.

6. When laying cable, ensure both sides of the cable tray are evenly supported.

7. When the cable pulley is two or three layers, the requirements are the same.

8. The double washers on the pulley assembly are adjustment washers. When the guide rail is not suitable, place the washers on the inner side of the fixed plate to adjust the width of the rail spacing. The products are manufactured with guides as I 100*68*4.5, I 120*74*5, I 140*80*5, and I 160*88*6 at the factory. Non-standard pulleys are processed and manufactured according to the drawings.
