I-beam trolley: Available in medium, heavy, and light load types, with three sizes of running wheels for 86, 73, and 55. Load capacity is less than or equal to 50-150KG per type, which is divided into single, double, and triple deck layers. Each type features an I-beam trolley that supplies power to the crane trolley via a conductive method. It consists of running wheels, brackets, and trays, where the flexible cable is secured on the tray. The cable is synchronized with the I-beam cable trolley via the traction frame, thereby achieving the purpose of cable power supply.
Detailed Description:
The I-beam trolley series includes models I, II, III, IV, and V. If customers use 12#, 14#, 16#, or larger I-beam sizes, please specify at the time of order, and our factory can supply the complete set. The GHC-III I-beam trolley is designed for the movement of suspended and moving power machinery. It has been widely used in various applications. The device features a sturdy structure, flexibility in movement, and is safe and reliable.
The notable features of the GHC-Ⅲ I-Beam pulley include its high rigidity, strong load-bearing capacity, easy installation, and smooth operation. Additionally, it comes equipped with an electric pulley to maintain the same speed as the traction equipment, thereby reducing cable damage during operation. It is particularly suitable for wider or heavier cables, where its superiority is more pronounced.
It operates normally in indoor, outdoor, dusty, gray, and environments with significant temperature differences. The TB-GZG type pulley is composed of three parts: the traction pulley, the cable pulley, and the end pulley. The traction pulley follows the guide cable (traction) device of the moving machinery, with one for each moving machinery, operating back and forth with the moving machinery.
The GHC-Ⅲ I-beam pulley device is used for the suspension and movement of power supply cables for mobile machinery during movement, and has been widely applied in various lifting machinery. The device features a sturdy structure, flexible movement, and safety and reliability.
Intermediate cable pulleys suspend the cable within the I-beam track range as the traction pulley moves. They are equipped with shock absorbers at both ends, and the number of pulleys varies depending on the movement length. Terminal pulleys are fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, usually one for each moving mechanism. This series includes models 6#, 8#, 10#, 12#, 14#, and 16#. If the customer uses a larger size of I-beam, please specify, and our factory can supply the complete set.
The GHC-Ⅲ I-beam pulley consists of three parts: the traction pulley, cable pulley, and terminal pulley. The traction pulley follows the moving mechanical cable guide (traction) device, with one per moving machine, operating back and forth with the machinery. The intermediate cable pulley suspends the cable within the I-beam track range, moving with the traction pulley, and both ends are equipped with buffer bumpers. The number of pulleys varies depending on the length of movement. The terminal pulley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, typically one per moving machine.
Product Introduction:
The HC series cable pulley series lightweight load cable transmission pulley device is used for the suspension and movement of cables for mobile power machinery during movement. It has been widely used in various lifting machinery. The device features a sturdy structure, flexible movement, and is safe and reliable.
The lightweight cable pulley consists of three parts: the traction pulley, cable pulley, and end pulley. The traction pulley follows the cable guide (traction) device of the moving machinery, with one per moving machinery, operating back and forth with it. The intermediate cable pulley suspends the cable within the I-beam track range, moving with the traction pulley. Both ends are equipped with buffer bumpers, and the number of pulleys varies depending on the movement length. The end pulley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, usually one per moving machinery.
This series of pulleys includes five models: I, II, III, IV, and V. If the customer uses 12#, 14#, 16#, or a larger size of I-beam, please specify it when placing the order. Our factory can supply the complete set.
Product Introduction:
The HC series cable pulley is a conductive form for supplying power to the crane trolley. It consists of running wheels, brackets, and a tray, where the flexible cable is secured on the tray. The traction frame is synchronized with the cable pulley, thereby achieving the purpose of powering the trolley.
The HC series cable pulleys are categorized into medium load, heavy load, and light load types, hence offering three sizes of pulley wheels: Φ80, Φ63, and Φ50. The load-bearing capacity ranges from 50 to 150 kg. Each category is further divided into single, double, and triple deck levels, with three different designs per category: the leading end for cable tugs, the terminal for fixed hanging frames, and the middle section for cable pulleys.
Light Load Cable Conveying Pulley Description
Once the fixed hanging bracket is installed, a back plate should be hung on the back.
2. Adjust the tow head to ensure the cart does not touch the upper and lower edges of the tow hole throughout its travel.
3. The cable length is 1.2 times the span of the crane plus 8 meters.
4. Adjust the traction steel wire rope to a length shorter than that of the cable section, with the rope bearing the tension during operation.
5. When the cable diameters vary, a soft rubber pad should be inserted between the cable clamps to make the outer diameters roughly equal, facilitating a tight clamp on the cable.
6. When laying cable, ensure the cable trays on both sides are evenly loaded.
7. The requirements are the same when the cable pulley is two or three layers.
8. The double washers on the pulley assembly are adjustment washers. When the track is not suitable, place the washers on the inner side of the fixed plate to adjust the track width. The products are manufactured with tracks as follows: I 100*68*4.5, I 120*74*5, I 140*80*5, I 160*88*6 at the factory. Non-standard pulleys are processed and manufactured according to the drawings.
