I-Beam Trolley: Available in medium, heavy, and light load types, with corresponding roller sizes of 86, 73, and 55 respectively. Load capacities are less than or equal to 50-150KG, categorized by deck layers into single, double, and triple-layer types. Each category includes an I-Beam trolley that provides electrical power to crane trolleys, consisting of a walking wheel, bracket, and deck. The soft cable is secured to the deck, synchronized with the I-Beam cable trolley by the traction frame, thereby achieving the purpose of cable power supply.
Detailed Description:
The I-beam trolley series includes models I, II, III, IV, and V. If the customer uses 12#, 14#, 16#, or a larger size of I-beam, please specify at the time of order, and our factory can supply the complete set. The GHC-III I-beam trolley is designed for the movement of suspended and mobile power machinery during relocation, and has been widely used in various applications. The device features a sturdy structure, flexible movement, and is safe and reliable.
The GHC-Ⅲ I-beam pulley stands out for its high stiffness of the I-beam, strong load-bearing capacity, easy installation, and smooth operation. It also comes with an electric pulley, allowing it to maintain the same speed as the traction equipment, thereby reducing cable damage during operation. Particularly suitable for wider or heavier cables, it truly showcases its superiority.
It operates normally in indoor, outdoor, dusty, soot-laden, and environments with significant temperature variations. The TB-GZG type pulley consists of three parts: the traction pulley, the cable pulley, and the end pulley. The traction pulley follows the cable guide (traction) device of the moving machinery, with one per moving machinery, operating back and forth with the machinery.
The GHC-Ⅲ I-Beam Hoist Device is used for the suspension and movement of power supply cables during the movement of mechanical equipment, and has been widely applied in various lifting machinery. The device boasts sturdy structure, flexible movement, and reliable safety features.
The intermediate cable pulleys suspend the cables within the I-beam track range as they move with the traction pulley, with shock absorbers installed at both ends. The number of pulleys varies depending on the length of movement. Terminal pulleys are fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, usually one per moving mechanism. This series of pulleys includes models 6#, 8#, 10#, 12#, 14#, 16#, and 16#. If the customer uses a larger size of I-beam, please specify, and our factory can supply the complete set.
The GHC-Ⅲ I-beam pulley consists of three parts: the winch pulley, the cable pulley, and the end pulley. The winch pulley follows the moving mechanical conduit (traction) device, with one per moving machine, operating back and forth with the moving machinery. The intermediate cable pulley suspends the cable within the I-beam track range, moving with the winch pulley, and both ends are equipped with shock absorber bumpers. The number of pulleys varies depending on the length of movement. The end pulley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, usually one per moving machine.
Product Description:
The HC series cable pulley series lightweight cable transmission pulley units are designed for the suspension and movement of power supply cables during the movement of mechanical equipment. They are widely used in various lifting machinery. The device boasts sturdy structure, flexible movement, and is safe and reliable.
The lightweight cable conveyor pulley consists of three parts: the tow pulley, the cable pulley, and the terminal pulley. The tow pulley follows the movement of the cable guide (towing) device of the mobile machinery, with one per mobile machinery for back and forth operation. The intermediate cable pulley suspends the cable within the I-beam track range, moving with the tow pulley. Both ends are equipped with shock absorber bumpers, with the number of pulleys varying according to the movement length. The terminal pulley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, typically one per mobile machinery.
This series of pulleys includes five models: I, II, III, IV, and V. If the customer uses 12#, 14#, 16#, or a larger size of I-beam, please specify at the time of ordering. Our factory can supply the complete set.
Product Introduction:
The HC series cable pulley is a conductive form for powering the crane trolley, consisting of a running wheel, bracket, and tray. The soft cable is secured to the tray and synchronized with the cable pulley by the traction frame, thereby achieving the purpose of powering the trolley.
The HC series cable pulleys are available in medium, heavy, and light load types, with three sizes of pulley wheels: Φ80, Φ63, and Φ50. The carrying capacity ranges from 50 to 150 kg. Each type is divided into single, double, and triple deck levels, with three configurations in each category. The first end is for the cable trolley, the end is for the fixed hanging bracket, and the middle is for the cable pulley.
Light Load Cable Conveying Block Instructions
After the fixed hanging frame is installed, a backboard should be hung behind it.
2. Adjust the tow head to ensure the cart does not touch the upper and lower edges of the tow hole throughout its travel.
3. Cable length is 1.2 times the crane span plus 8 meters.
4. Adjust the traction steel wire rope to a length shorter than that of the cable section, with the wire rope bearing the load during operation.
5. When the cable diameters are unequal, soft rubber should be placed between the cable clamps to make the outer diameters approximately the same, facilitating the secure fastening of the cable.
6. When laying cable on fabric, ensure balanced stress distribution on both cable supports.
7. When the cable pulley is two or three layers, the requirements are the same.
8. The double washers on the pulley assembly are adjustment washers. When the guide rail is not suitable, place the washers on the inside of the fixed plate to adjust the width of the track. The products are manufactured with guides as I 100*68*4.5, I 120*74*5, I 140*80*5, and I 160*88*6 at the factory. Non-standard pulleys are processed and manufactured according to the drawings.
