High-strength enclosed busway is not restricted by sheet material in its manufacturing process. The housing is designed in a tile groove shape, enhancing the mechanical strength of the busbars and allowing the horizontal sections to be produced up to 13 meters in length. The intentional separation and fixation of the busbars at the groove positions, with a spacing of 18mm between them, ensures good ventilation between the busbars, significantly improving the moisture-proof and heat dissipation functions of the busway, making it particularly suitable for southern climates. The appropriate gaps between the wires reduce the temperature rise of the conductors, thereby increasing overload capacity and reducing magnetic oscillation noise. However, it generates much higher stray currents and inductive reactance compared to dense busways, so when comparing in the same specifications, its conductor cross-sectional area must be larger than that of dense insulated busbars.
