Quick Drainage Gate Valve Introduction
Z44H, P48H Rapid Drainage Sluice ValvesUsed for waste discharge. Waste valves are mostly in the shape of ball valves, including gate-type waste valves, ball-type waste valves, and spiral-type slag removers.
The Z44H Quick Drain Valve (Boiler Drain Valve) evolves from a gate valve, utilizing a 90-degree gear rotation to lift the valve rod, achieving the purpose of opening and closing.
The rapid drainage valve operates by relying on the pressure of the medium to generate the force that assists in sealing the mechanical load on the valve disc. The main mechanical load acting on the valve disc comes from the compression spring, which is a fixed mechanical load. Although for the compression spring, the drainage valve with loading can achieve a good seal by adjusting the spring force, the sealing pressure difference must be strong to match the sealing force, thereby achieving a seal during normal valve operation. The sealing pressure difference should also be less than the opening and closing pressure difference to ensure ease of operation. Performance features of the Z44H rapid drainage gate valve:
The rapid drain valve features a simple structure, good sealing, compact size, light weight, minimal material consumption, and small installation dimensions. It offers a low driving torque, easy operation, and is easy to achieve opening and closing, making it an ideal choice for rapid boiler drain.
