Product Introduction:

The Turbine Fixed Ball Valve is a new generation high-performance ball valve suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Its strength, safety, and resistance to harsh environments are specially considered during design, making it applicable to various corrosive and non-corrosive media. Compared to the floating ball valve, during operation, the force exerted on the ball due to the fluid pressure before the valve is fully transmitted to the bearing, preventing the ball from moving towards the valve seat. Consequently, the valve seat does not bear excessive pressure, resulting in a smaller torque and less deformation for the fixed ball valve, stable sealing performance, and a long service life, suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications. The advanced spring pre-set seat assembly has a self-tightening characteristic, achieving upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats, allowing sealing in both directions, thus there are no flow direction restrictions, making it bidirectional.

This valve comes in two-body and three-body configurations. The middle flange is connected with bolts, and the seal is achieved by inserting reinforced PTFE into a stainless steel ring without a spring, ensuring the valve seat stays tightly against the ball for a secure seal. Both upper and lower valve stems lack PTFE bearings to reduce friction and make operation easier. The bottom of the small shaft has no adjusting flaps, ensuring the position of the ball's contact with the sealing ring. Full bore: the valve flow passage diameter is the same as the pipeline inner diameter, facilitating pipeline cleaning.

Key Features:

(1) Effortless Operation: The sphere is supported by upper and lower bearings, reducing friction and eliminating excessive torque caused by the significant sealing load formed between the sphere and the sealing seat due to the imported pressure.
(2) Reliable Sealing Performance: The PTFE O-Ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat, with a spring at the end of the metal valve seat to ensure sufficient pre-tension. During the operation of the valve, if the sealing surface wears, the valve continues to maintain excellent sealing performance under the action of the spring.
(3) Fire-resistant Structure: To prevent the destruction of PTFE seals due to sudden heat or fire, resulting in significant leakage and exacerbating the fire, a fire-resistant sealing ring is set between the ball and valve seat. When the seal is destroyed, under the force of the spring, the valve seat sealing ring is rapidly pushed onto the ball, forming a metal-to-metal seal and providing a certain degree of sealing effect. The fire resistance test meets the requirements of API 6FA and API 607 standards.
(4) Automatic Pressure Relief Function: When the pressure of the medium in the valve cavity abnormally rises above the pre-tension force of the spring, the valve seat retracts and separates from the ball, achieving the effect of automatic pressure relief. After depressurization, the valve seat automatically resets.
(5) Drainage Pipeline: Drains are set at both the top and bottom of the valve body, allowing for inspection of any leakage in the valve seat. During operation, when the valve is fully open or closed, the pressure in the middle cavity can be released for direct replacement of the packing material. It can also discharge the retained material in the middle cavity, reducing the contamination of the medium on the valve. Auxiliary Sealing System (Please specify if required at the time of order)
(6) This valve is designed with an auxiliary seat emergency sealing system. In case of seal damage or an emergency situation where sealing is not possible, the sealing surface can be repaired by injecting the appropriate sealant through the auxiliary sealing system, achieving emergency sealing. When the medium being conveyed is contaminated or contains a small amount of particles, to protect the sealing surface and ensure reliable sealing, the device can also be injected with a corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant to clean the sealing surface.
