D643H Pneumatic Actuated Flanged Hard Seal Butterfly ValveUtilizing precision U-shaped elastic seals and a three-eccentric multi-layer metal hard seal structure, this valve is widely used in industrial pipelines for metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction, where the medium temperature does not exceed 425°C. It is designed for regulating flow and cutting off fluids. The valve features a three-eccentric design, with the valve seat and disc plate sealing surfaces made of different hardness and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life. This valve provides dual-sealing functionality and meets the national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard.
Product Features
1. This valve features a three eccentric sealing structure, with the valve seat and butterfly plate experiencing minimal wear, offering a sealing function that becomes tighter with each use.
2. Seals are made of stainless steel, offering the dual benefits of metallic hard sealing and elastic sealing. They maintain excellent sealing performance in both low and high temperatures, and are characterized by corrosion resistance and long service life.
3. The disc plate sealing surface is made of surfacing weldable cobalt hard alloy, offering excellent wear resistance and a long service life.
4. Large-scale butterfly plates are constructed with a latticed frame, offering high strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.
5. This valve features bidirectional sealing capability, allowing for installation without restriction based on the medium's direction or affected by the spatial position, and can be mounted in any direction.
6. The drive unit can be installed at multiple positions (rotating 90° or 180°) for user convenience.
Actuator
Utilizing the innovative GT series pneumatic actuators, featuring double-acting and single-acting (spring return) types, with gear drive for safety and reliability; large-bore valves are equipped with AW series pneumatic actuators using fork-type transmission, with rational structure and high output torque, available in both double-acting and single-acting versions.

2. Cylinders are made of aluminum alloy, offering lightweight and aesthetically pleasing design.
3. Manual operation mechanisms can be installed at the top and bottom.
4. Rack and pinion connection for adjustable opening angle and rated flow rate.

6. The IS05211 standard connection facilitates the installation and replacement of the product.
7. The adjustable screws at both ends allow the standard product to have a ±4° adjustable range at 0° and 90°, ensuring synchronization accuracy with the valve.

3. Inclined cone
When the valve is opened, the butterfly plate and valve seat make instant contact upon closure. By utilizing the eccentricity 1 and eccentricity 2 of the butterfly plate, it quickly detaches from the valve seat, reducing wear on the sealing pair and minimizing friction torque for smooth operation. The eccentric conical surface 3 allows the butterfly plate to pass through the valve seat bore during opening or closing, achieving contact sealing. Additionally, the rotational radius of the conical butterfly plate is greater than the rotational radius at the contact position of the sealing pair, so the butterfly plate becomes tighter upon closure, enabling self-locking and preventing over-positioning of the butterfly plate.
