Fluorine-lined Insulating Ball Valve Product Overview:
The lining of the Fluorine-lined Insulating Ball Valve's cavity and ball are both made using high-pressure injection molding technology, coated with corrosion and aging-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene (F46), ensuring reliable corrosion resistance and sealing properties. Widely used in chemical, petrochemical, and other industrial sectors, it effectively regulates or cuts off strong corrosive media such as acids and alkalis during the production process, with particularly notable performance in water treatment process control.
Insulating Fluorine-lined Ball ValveProduct Features:
1. Ball valves with FEP lined interiors offer high chemical stability and are suitable for all applications except for "molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine," which are highly corrosive.
2. Featuring a full-bore, floating ball design, the valve can achieve a leak-tight closure over the entire pressure range, making it easier for ball cleaning and pipeline maintenance in the piping system.
3. The ball piece and valve rod casting (forging) are integrated, eliminating the possibility of the valve rod bursting out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring the safety and reliability of use in engineering projects.
4. The structure is compact and rational, with a smaller cavity space inside the valve body, reducing medium retention. Additionally, the special molding process ensures a good density of the sealing surface, coupled with the V-shaped PTFE filling material assembly, achieving zero leakage for the valve.
5. Two-piece and three-piece structures can accommodate various pipeline systems and operating conditions. The three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from the side bodies, enabling online quick replacement and maintenance.
