Double-gou flat pattern exterior wall thermal insulation metal embossed panels, and metal exterior wall fire-resistant decorative panels are made by using galvanized steel coils coated with aluminum without passing through a metal embossing machine (smooth surface, no raised patterns). They are directly fed into the cold bending forming machine, where the interlocking sockets at both ends are formed simultaneously, and two middle grooves are also formed on the panel surface. These are then used for fire-resistant, insulating, and soundproofing panels for exterior wall decoration. This material is primarily installed on exterior walls, giving the appearance of painted wooden strips assembled together upon completion, which is very aesthetically pleasing. This polyurethane insulated sandwich panel is widely used in exterior wall decoration of buildings, kiosks, dry-hanging insulating and soundproofing walls, and fire-resistant thermal insulation for light steel villas.
