The compact scraper is primarily used for narrow-hole mining operations in coal, phosphate, iron, copper, gold, silver, lead-zinc mines, as well as for tunnel engineering projects in railways, highways, water conservancy, and national defense. It integrates robotic arms with conveyors, slag removal, and material handling functions, utilizing an electro-hydraulic control system for production, featuring safety, environmental protection, and low energy consumption. The compact scraper encompasses five main functions: hydraulic walking, harvesting, conveying, loading, and bottom cleaning. The hydraulic walking function is driven by hydraulic motors, reducers, and drive shafts, which power the wheels through further reduction gears. The hydraulic motors offer three operating modes: forward, reverse, and automatic braking. The mining collection is performed by a robotic arm, which has functions for mining, lifting arm, loading, and unloading. The large arm can rotate up and down and left and right. The operation of mining collection is controlled by hydraulic means, with six handles controlling two actions each, totaling 12 actions. This technology combines with the working process improvement of large excavators, making it easy to use and operate. The conveying and loading functions are handled by the conveying system, with the conveyor frame controlled for lifting and lowering by hydraulic cylinders.
