The scraper is a mining debris removal tool, a wonder for渣removal, and one of the modern mining mechanical equipment. The scraper used in different environments varies. Let's see what type of scraper is suitable for working in tunnels with slopes between 8 to 14 degrees. Firstly, let's look at the wheel-type scraper. Many customers prefer the wheel-type scraper due to its lower cost, flexibility, and high work efficiency. However, the wheel-type scraper is also limited by conditions, as the traction and friction of the tires diminish when the tunnel slope exceeds 8 degrees, revealing its shortcomings. Therefore, the wheel-type scraper cannot operate in such environments. With the wheel-type scraper ruled out, let's examine the crawler scraper. The crawler scraper is suitable for slopes between 12 to 25 degrees, making it ideal for working in tunnels with slopes of 8-14 degrees. It uses crawler movement, providing greater traction than tires. However, slope direction matters; some are uphill, others downhill, and different directions require different conveyance methods. For uphill slopes, choose a crawler belt scraper, and for downhill slopes, use a crawler scraper with a scraper blade. If the tunnel has multiple drifts that require frequent relocation, the tail folding function can be added. From the above, we can see that the crawler scraper is suitable for working in tunnels with slopes of 8 to 14 degrees. It is necessary to select between the crawler scraper with a scraper blade and the crawler belt scraper based on the actual slope direction, and additional features such as the tail folding function and a hammer crusher can be added.

A wheel-mounted scraper is an industrial machine that incorporates five functions: hydraulic movement, excavation and collection, conveying, loading, and bottom cleaning.
The hydraulic travel function is achieved through a hydraulic motor, a reducer, a drive shaft, and finally a reducer to drive the wheels. The hydraulic motor features forward, reverse, and automatic braking functions. The digging and collection function is performed by a mechanical arm, which is equipped with digging, extending, loading, and unloading capabilities. The large arm can elevate, descend, and rotate left and right. The operation of digging and collection is fully hydraulically controlled via two handles, with each handle controlling two actions, making it easy to operate.
The conveying and loading functions are handled by the conveyor system, with its conveyor frame controlled by hydraulic cylinders for lifting and lowering. When the conveyor frame lowers, it can support the front wheel, and the feeding opening at the front becomes more tightly sealed with the ore, ensuring stability during operation. It can also aggregate and disperse materials, level the ground. The conveyor trough width is 750mm, with a conveying speed of 800-900mm/second. The scraper chain is driven by a 15KW motor, offering a more stable transmission performance, longer service life, and easier maintenance.
