The CX-MaxSine Active Power Filter is a high-power power electronic device based on real-time detection and compensation of current injection technology. Its working principle is: by detecting the load current waveform in real-time, it identifies the harmonic current components that require compensation, and then, through controlling the triggering of IGBTs, injects the directional current into the power supply system to achieve filtering (cancellation) of harmonics. This enhances the safety and reliability of the electrical system and aims to achieve energy-saving and efficiency improvements.
The device can simultaneously dynamically filter out all harmonics or a variety of selected harmonics in real-time; utilizing vector filtering technology, it allows for selective compensation of harmonics from 2 to 50 times or full harmonic compensation.
While filtering harmonics, it can dynamically compensate for fundamental reactive power, improving power factor. It can also filter harmonics even at zero reactive power, preventing reactive power backflow.
The device compensates for imbalance, prevents negative sequence current from affecting the power grid and electrical equipment, and innovatively creates the world-leading PEBB intelligent power module.
Our multilingual user control panel, developed for domestic clients, perfectly supports Chinese menu operations and provides comprehensive on-site power quality information.
