Manure scraper cleaning. The newly built large-scale dairy farm primarily uses a manure scraper for cleaning, with the system consisting mainly of a scraper and a power unit. During cleaning, the power unit drives the scraper along the cow bed surface via a chain, pushing the manure into the collection trench or to one side of the barn. This equipment is cost-effective, has high utilization efficiency, and consumes no more than 18 degrees of electricity per day, requiring only lubrication and maintenance of the corner wheel (every 2 to 3 weeks). This cleaning method allows for continuous manure removal, is easy to operate mechanically, and is safe and reliable. The scraper height and operating speed are moderate, with minimal noise, causing no disturbance to the cows' movement, feeding, or resting. The manure scraper does not require a specialized installation foundation, making it easy to install in both new and old barns, and can be termed as a "low-carbon" manure treatment system suitable for dairy farms.
