HXF-IZ Explosion-proof Flame Retardant Breathing Valve Detailed Information:
HXF-IZ Explosion-Proof Flame Arrestor Breathing Valve, also known as HXF-IZ Flame Arrestor Breathing Valve, integrates the functions of a flame arrestor and a breathing valve. It is a new type of safety equipment essential for petrochemical storage tanks, featuring excellent flame arrest and breathing performance, lightweight design, and easy maintenance.
Explosion-proof flame arrester breathing valve application scope:
The explosion-proof flame arrester breathing valve is suitable for storage tanks of Class A oil products with an internal temperature below 28°C and Class B oil products with a flash point below 60°C, such as gasoline, benzene, toluene, kerosene, light diesel oil, engine oil, crude oil, and similar chemical products. It operates normally in a temperature range of -35°C to 60°C.
Performance and Features
All-weather explosion-proof housing is made of stainless steel, cast steel, and aluminum alloy, offering excellent corrosion resistance; the corrugated fire-retardant layer is made of stainless steel, providing good fire-retardant properties and corrosion resistance; the structure is simple, easy to maintain, and safe and convenient.
Maintenance and Care
For the safety of the breathing valve, the corrugated flame arrester should be removed, cleaned regularly every 3-6 months, and each hole on the arrester must be ensured to be clear to prevent clogging and ensure safe and normal operation. Regularly check if the ventilation gas positive and negative valve discs move freely, and if there is any damage to the contact seal surface of the rod and valve disc. If damaged, replace them immediately. When checking, maintaining, and re-installing, ensure that all mating surfaces within the valve fit tightly and the valve disc moves up and down freely. When a new valve is in use, remove the shock absorber between the valve discs before installation; otherwise, the breathing valve will fail.
