Our self-designed Constant Pressure Time-of-Use Water Supply System introduces a time-regulated control system to the existing constant pressure water supply. It defines different set pressures based on different time periods and varying water demand from customers. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and user-friendly, widely used in both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The integrated gas feeding system represents the most advanced particle material conveying method, distinguishing itself from previous belt conveyors. It retains the following advantages of the previous systems: 1. Full-sealed piping ensures greater environmental protection and prevents dust pollution. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in longer pipeline lifespan and maintenance every 5 years as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying has a smaller material friction coefficient, with a material ratio less than 3%, ensuring lifelong tube blockage-free operation.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented material control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, which use 200SMART and exchange data with the master station. The supervisory computer employs WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, with a user-friendly interface and simplified operation.
