Our self-designed constant pressure time-sharing water supply system introduces a time-sharing regulation system on the basis of the original constant pressure water supply. It defines different set pressures based on different time periods and varying water usage demands by customers. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and user-friendly, widely used for both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The配套 gas feeding system is currently the most advanced particle material conveying method, distinguishing from the previous belt conveyor. It retains the following advantages of the previous system: 1. Fully sealed pipelines, making it more environmentally friendly and ensuring dust does not contaminate. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in a longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying has a smaller material friction coefficient, with a material ratio less than 3%, ensuring no blockages throughout its lifetime.
The electrical automation system includes our patented material control module. The control system is composed of multiple sub-stations, which use 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory computer employs WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, with a user-friendly interface and simplified operation.
