Our company's ceramic electric heaters, designed based on product research, are highly versatile. Internationally known as flexible heaters, these are made with high-quality nickel-chromium alloy wire cables and coated with high-purity alumina ceramic insulators to form belt or rope-style heaters, as well as other product forms. They can be customized according to workpiece shape and size, allowing for easy attachment, bending, and wrapping around the workpiece for heating. The surface temperature can reach up to 1050°C. They feature a wide range of applications, fast heating speed, high thermal efficiency, significant energy savings, low labor intensity, and easy operation. Suitable for various metal structures, such as large towers, high-pressure vessels, bridges, and high-pressure pipelines for preheating and stress relief after welding, they can also be used for auxiliary heating of chemical pipelines and containers, making them an ideal local heating device.
The belt-type electric heating elements, which can be customized in length and width, should be selected according to the geometric shape of the workpiece, wall thickness, and requirements of the heat treatment process. The table below lists only some of the specifications. Additionally, the belt-type heaters can be equipped with insulation material and a housing to create self-insulated heaters, which can be flat, right-angled, etc., for easy use.
