Product Introduction

The water bath double-directional agitator for gelatinization is a key auxiliary equipment in the production processes of gelatinization, blending, vacuum, and condensation. It features a double-directional multi-layer分流 mixing method, with a compact structure; smooth transmission, stable performance; and advantages such as uniform material mixing and accelerated gel solution dissolution. The heating method employs a water bath with hot water circulation, offering fast and even heating; stable temperature control; and the ability to reach the gelatinization temperature, improve the quality of the gel solution, and shorten the gelatinization time. The entire equipment is made of stainless steel, with a three-layer structure of an inner pot, jacket, and insulation layer; the inner pot is sealed, capable of withstanding positive and negative pressure for discharge or intake. The tank is equipped with accessories such as a thermometer, vacuum pressure gauge, agitator assembly, manhole, sight glass, and respirator; all parts in contact with materials are made of hygienic mirror-polished surfaces, offering easy cleaning, corrosion resistance, and acid resistance; fully compliant with GMP hygiene standards, it is an ideal equipment for gelatinization and blending in the capsule industry both domestically and internationally.
