Anti-Static Ceramic Flooring
Product Introduction
The surface layer is an anti-static porcelain tile flooring, with the floor consisting of all-steel components. The bottom surface is made of Baosteel-grade stretched steel plate, and the top and bottom steel plates are stamped into shape.
Enhanced with reinforcing ribs at the bottom, the steel plate surface features perforations. The tiles are first secured to the steel shell, followed by a single concrete grouting, ensuring nearly 100% contact area between the cement and tiles, achieving a truly effective bond. Accompanied by thick steel square brackets and rectangular beams, assembled with screws.
System Assembly
The ceramic static-dissipative flooring system consists of tiles, beams, and supports. The beams and adjustable-height supports are securely connected to form a stable lower support system with screws, and the tiles are embedded within the grid formed by the beams.

Performance
1. 60cm clearance with no pressure: Supports up to 200 kg, 0.8mm galvanized thick beam, 3mm/2mm thick top and bottom trays, more stable on the ground, elevated as if on level ground.
2. Each floor tile weighs over 20 kg: The heavier the floor tile, the thicker the steel plate meets the standard.
3. Elevated Height: Standard elevated height 10-30 cm (10, 15, 20, 25, 30). The total height to the finished surface includes the floor material.
Components: Full steel floor with standard yellow stands, all other floors with white thick galvanized stands; copper mesh in common specifications (28*0.05mm).
1.2 x 1.2 (m) layout, forming an integrated conductive network, connected to the grounding system, achieving overall static-dissipative protection for the server room.
The traditional method of manufacturing ceramic tile floorings involves mixing cement and adhesive, then bonding the tiles to steel plates that have been grouted. Due to the simplicity of this bonding process, tiles are prone to falling off during handling and use, affecting normal operation.
On the basis of traditional craftsmanship, our factory employs a new technique, enhancing the bottom design for strength. The steel plate surface is perforated, and the tiles and steel shell are first secured before a single concrete pouring, ensuring almost 100% contact area between the concrete and tiles, achieving a truly effective bond.
