GRC component work environment: Construction has been completed and officially accepted, with flatness and vertical angles meeting the standard specifications. The structural surfaces must be sturdy and tidy.
GRC Component Drilling: As GRC decorative components rely on anchor bolts to secure them to the concrete structure through pre-drilled holes, the depth, diameter, and location of the holes must meet specifications. Different components require different anchor bolts. Drilling should be based on the spacing of the holes within the component and the control lines on the structural surface. When fixing the component, attention must be given to the maintenance of the GRC component during the process of driving in the anchor bolts, and zinc-plated parts must not be bent to prevent damage to the bond between the GRC and the concrete, as well as to the component's stress points. If the decorative overall surface of the installation plan cannot cover the anchor bolts, it is essential to consider the burial depth of the anchor bolt ends during the drilling process and to moderately expand the concrete surface.
GRG wall panels typically do not require maintenance after completion and handover, but during use, the following points should still be noted:
1. Maintain indoor ventilation. Strive to keep the temperature and humidity indoors consistent with the ambient temperature and humidity.
2. Avoid heavy objects impacting the walls. Mild impacts may leave marks or pockmarks on the walls; when the impact force exceeds the larger breaking load of GRG products, it can cause wall cracking, and in severe cases, it may lead to wall detachment.
3. When cleaning walls, minimize the use of wet materials. Contact with moisture may cause a chemical reaction on the GRG wall coating, resulting in discoloration; preferably use soft, dry items for cleaning.
4. In the event of wall damage due to external forces, the damaged area can be trimmed and repaired. Upon completion of the repairs, the wall can be restored to its original overall appearance without leaving any traces.
