Stainless steel explosion-proof electric heating tubes are mainly used for air heating in air ducts, with three specifications: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. The common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration when the fan stops, and the junction box is equipped with an over temperature control device. The low-temperature type can be directly installed on the air duct, while the medium temperature type and high-temperature type, due to structural differences, have a 100mm thick insulation material sandwiched between the outer wall of the channel and the heater junction box, which reduces the external heat dissipation of the entire channel and also reduces the temperature inside the junction box.
