Enterprises entering Guangdong to apply for enterprise and personnel information filing should fill in relevant information on the Guangdong Construction Information Network and provide the following materials:

（1） Registration Form for Filing Information of Enterprises and Personnel Entering Guangdong;

（2） Copy of the business license of the enterprise legal representative;

（3） Basic account opening certificate for the enterprise;

（4） Copy of enterprise qualification certificate;

（5） Copy of Enterprise Organization Code Certificate;

（6） The ID card of the legal representative of the enterprise and the written power of attorney from the person in charge of entering Guangdong, as well as the ID card, appointment documents, labor contract, and social insurance certificate of the person in charge entering Guangdong;

（7） The identity proof, professional title certificate, qualification certificate, labor contract, and social insurance certificate of the technical personnel listed in the "Registration Form for Enterprise and Personnel Information Filing in Guangdong" who can meet the requirements of relevant urban and rural planning, housing construction, and municipal infrastructure construction activities;

（8） Construction enterprises (including integrated design and construction enterprises) also need to provide safety production permits, property ownership certificates or lease contracts for office premises, identity certificates, appointment documents, professional title certificates, qualification certificates, labor contracts, social insurance certificates for management personnel (general manager, technical manager, quality manager, safety manager), safety production assessment certificates (A certificate) for the safety manager of the construction enterprise in Guangdong, and safety production assessment certificates for resident safety production management personnel listed in the "Registration Form for Enterprise and Personnel Information Filing in Guangdong";

（9） If establishing a branch office for business management in Guangdong, a business license for the branch office shall be provided;
