Requirements for processing;

1. Fill in one copy and electronic document of the "Application Form for Qualification of Construction Enterprises";

2. Copy of the Business License;

3. Copy of the company's articles of association (including the original and new companies);

4. Proof of office location;

5. Purchase the main equipment according to the requirements of the standard;

6. Initial registration of registered constructors approved by the provincial registration management department;

7. Copies of identification documents and professional title certificates (educational certificates) for personnel with intermediate or higher professional titles;

8. Copies of identification and job certificates of on-site management personnel;

9. Identification certificate, professional qualification certificate, title certificate or skill certificate of the technical leader;

10. Copy of the identity certificate, vocational training qualification certificate or vocational skills certificate of the technical worker;

11. Social insurance certificates for the two months prior to the declaration of the main personnel of the enterprise;

12. Basic information and performance table of the technical leader (or registered constructor).
