852-5 high-density epoxy balance adhesive
● Product Description
1. Product Ingredients
852-5 epoxy balance adhesive is divided into two components, A and B, which are respectively composed of epoxy resin and epoxy curing agent. The curing agent is the main component, combined with fillers.
2. Product features
Component A is gray, while component B is red. The molding and thixotropic properties of the adhesive are good, and its specific gravity is much higher than that of ordinary balanced adhesive. Has excellent adhesion to the surface of the winding coil. The adhesive can cure quickly at room temperature, and the heat resistance level of the cured product is F.
3. Product Usage
852-5 epoxy balance adhesive is suitable for dynamic balance calibration of rotors with small volumes and insufficient balance space, such as model aircraft motors, DC micro motors, cooling fans, etc.

● Usage method
1. The area to be coated with adhesive should be clean and dry, and if there is oil stains, they can be wiped off with alcohol.
2. Before using the adhesive, mix the components A and B in a mass ratio of 1:1. (Note: Due to the different materials of components A and B, the volume of the two types of adhesive may also differ. Please strictly mix them according to the weight ratio of A: B=1:1.)
3. At room temperature (if the ambient temperature is too low, it will affect use, it is recommended to maintain the operating temperature at around 25 ℃ as much as possible), pinch and mix by hand until the color is uniform, press the balance meter to indicate the amount of imbalance, remove the adhesive, and stick it by hand to the unbalanced area (inside, outside or other parts of the coil end), adjust the amount of adhesive to be pasted until the dynamic balance calibration is qualified.
4. After being left at room temperature of not less than 5 ℃ for 24 hours, the adhesive paste on the calibration dynamic balance will self harden. There is no escape during the curing process.
5. In winter, due to the high specific gravity and density of this product, it feels very firm when pinched and may feel a bit hard. You can use a hair dryer to heat it slightly until it becomes soft. If conditions permit, a dedicated oven can be used to heat the A and B components of the adhesive to around 30 ℃, and then knead and mix them for use. The adhered surface can also be heated appropriately, which will be more ideal for use.
6. If the room temperature is too high and the adhesive becomes soft and sticks to your hands, you can rub some silicon micro powder or talcum powder on the adhesive or your hands and then knead and mix. Long term operators are advised to use rubber finger cots.
7. When components A and B are mixed, the method of "repeated twisting Fried Dough Twists" is simple. After the effectiveness work is completed, please clean the residual substances on your hands with alcohol. ● Packaging and Storage
1. Components A and B should be stored separately at room temperature and away from light, with a storage period of 12 months.
2. The products are packaged separately in plastic boxes, with component A and component B each weighing 1 kilogram or filled according to customer requirements.
