Name: Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulated Copper Wire Braid Sheathed Shielded PVC Jacket Cable
NH-RVVP-4*1.5 Flame-retardant Shielded Cable Product Process:
Conductor stranded → Conductor sheathing + Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation + Insulation → Cabled (filling rounded) → Wrapped with two layers of PVC tape → Wrapped with one layer of copper tape shielding → Wrapped with one layer of non-woven fabric → PVC sheath extrusion → Final product inspection → Packaging and storage
NH-RVVP-4*1.5 Flame-retardant Shielded Cable Technical Requirements:
Conductor: The conductor surface should be smooth, free of oil stains, and without damaged insulation burrs, sharp edges, or single-line protrusions or fractures.
Conductor Shielding: Copper Wire Shield
3 Insulation: The nominal thickness of the insulation should comply with the specifications in the product structural size table. The average thickness of the insulation should not be less than the specified nominal value. The thickness at the Z-thinnest point should not be less than 90% - 0.1mm of the specified nominal value. The eccentricity of the insulation should not exceed 12.5%. There should be no visible bubbles, sand holes, or old glue defects on the cross-section of the insulation layer.
4. Insulation Shielding: Utilizes cross-linkable insulating semiconductive material.
5. Cable Wrapping: When forming the cable, use filling rope to fill the cable core uniformly and round, without oil streaks; the cable core is wrapped with two layers of non-absorbent PVC.
With overlap wrapping, overlap rate of 10% to 20%, cable section diameter ratio of 1.14, and laying direction to the right.
6. Copper Strip Shielding: The copper strip should be soft and the surface should be bright without any blackening or oxidation. The overlap rate should not be less than 15%. Wrap a layer of non-woven tape tightly around the copper strip shielding.
7. Protective Cover: Made of PVC
The jacket material shall meet the specified thickness requirements in the product structure size table, with the minimum Z-thickness at any point not less than the nominal thickness.
Thickness: 80%-0.2mm. The sheath should be tightly wrapped around the cable core, with a smooth surface and no visible sand holes, impurities, or bubbles in the cross-section.
8. Print Content: Specifications, Length, Factory Name
9. Inspection: Inspection of finished products is conducted according to GB/T12706-2002.
