For characteristics of ultra-fine powders like pigments, this system employs vacuum packaging, ensuring a dust-free packaging environment. It effectively evacuates internal gases of the materials, resulting in full and aesthetically pleasing packaging while conserving packaging materials.

Before the pigment enters the packaging machine, degassing is first performed to remove most of the internal gases from the powder material. It is then quantitatively packaged in the machine, with a second degassing step during the packaging process to ensure a lower internal gas content of the material.

This system can be connected to dust collectors and is equipped with automatic bagging systems, automatic sealing systems, conveying systems, detection systems, and stacking systems, etc., to automatically complete processes such as packaging, sealing, conveying, detection, shaping, and stacking.
