Design Patent

Aesthetic design refers to the design of the appearance of industrial products, which is essentially the style of the product. It is fundamentally different from inventions or utility models, as aesthetic design does not represent a technical solution. Article * of the Implementing Regulations of the Patent Law of our country stipulates: "Aesthetic design refers to a new design that is aesthetically pleasing and suitable for industrial application, which involves the shape, pattern, or their combination, as well as the combination of color with shape and pattern."
