Hydraulic Assembly and Disassembly Stand

A hydraulic assembly and disassembly stand is a six-claw clamp, double-arm buckle-type drilling tool assembly and disassembly equipment. Both the fixed clamp and the buckle clamp utilize adjustable clamping hydraulic cylinders, which achieve the fixed clamping of the tool body through the chuck body and chuck head. The side plates of the buckle clamp and the chuck body are connected with bearing bases and are limited at the ends by means of end flanges. Each end of the buckle clamp has a running track for the fixed clamp and a pulling device, as well as a quick tightening wrench. The quick tightening wrench utilizes guide posts for positioning and dual cylinders for clamping, while four friction wheels enable rapid tightening. Consequently, the operation is convenient during the assembly and disassembly of tools, allowing for a seamless series of operations such as clamping, buckling, screwing, and pulling, all completed in one go. This reduces labor intensity and improves efficiency. The device can handle the operation of tightening and loosening for screw drills, impactors, shock absorber joints, and other large-diameter tools.
