Construction Process:
① Soil Treatment: Perform sanding, repairs, and dust removal based on the soil condition.
② Epoxy Primer: Coated with a highly penetrative and adhesive epoxy primer, enhancing surface adhesion.
③ Epoxy putty layer: Apply several coats as needed, ensuring a smooth surface without holes, no trowel marks, and no sanding marks.
④ Epoxy Finish Paint: Two coats of solvent-based epoxy or non-slip epoxy roll-on, resulting in a smooth, clean surface with uniform color and no hollow spots.
⑤ Completion of Construction: Personnel can be introduced after 24 hours, and heavy loads can be resumed after 72 hours. (Based on 25°C, the opening time for low temperatures should be appropriately extended.)
