Precision Air ConditionersThe unit boasts numerous advantages, such as simple operation and easy maintenance. To ensure the smooth operation and longevity of the air conditioning room, it is very necessary for customers to perform the following simple maintenance on the air conditioning unit.
I. Daily Maintenance Items
Check if the display screen shows the temperature and humidity in line with the actual values.
Review operational logs, check for any alarms, and address them promptly if present. For unattended server rooms, inspections should be conducted through the monitoring center.
II. Monthly Maintenance Items
Electrical Connections: Inspect power connections and ensure circuit wiring is tight.
Refrigeration System: Check if the operating pressure of the system is normal.
Check the compressor's operating current for normalcy and for any abnormal noises.
Inspect for any oil or refrigerant leakage at pipeline welding joints.
Check oil level in the oil lens; is it normal?
Check for any abnormalities in the refrigerant in the sight glass.
Inspect the operation temperature of the water circulation system in the refrigeration unit, check the cooling water circulation, and ensure there are no leaks.
Duct System: Check the fan's rotation and for any abnormal noises; verify that the fan's current is normal.
Check the filter screen condition; clean if dust is present.
Control System: Check for any anomalies in the display parameters and alarm operating status on the monitor.
Check if the humidifier tank has scale buildup, and if so, clean it regularly on a monthly basis.
Check if the water intake and drainage solenoid valves are functioning properly.
Check if the water intake and drainage are unobstructed.
Condenser: Check for fan rotation and any abnormal noises.
Inspect the condenser for dirt blockage; if present, it should be cleaned promptly. Remove the fan and rinse the fins from top to bottom with high-pressure water in the direction of air flow.
Be mindful of controlling water pressure to prevent fin warping.
Condensate Drain Pipe: In situations with high humidity or where the filter screen is not cleaned regularly, the condensate drain pipe may frequently become clogged with a yellowish-white gelatinous substance, leading to overflow of condensate inside the air conditioner and causing water leakage. Therefore, it is necessary to flush the drain pipe regularly (at least once every three months).

Air Filter: Check the filter mesh condition; replace if too dirty, recommended to change every 3 months.
Humidifier: Inspect the water tank for scaling. If it's excessively dirty and the humidification level doesn't meet product requirements, a replacement is necessary. It's recommended to change it every six months.
